Pickup information
Step 1 — Select your items
Browse a category and add items to your pickup cart. Review product names, quantities, listed prices and the estimated subtotal in Canadian dollars.
Step 2 — Enter your contact information
Provide your name, email, phone number, and preferred pickup date and time. Tick the policy acknowledgement and submit. The request is sent to the store; no payment is collected by the request form.
Step 3 — Wait for confirmation
We will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone to confirm availability, pickup arrangements, actual taxes if applicable, and any changes to the total. Do not travel until you receive a confirmation.
Step 4 — Collect your order
Bring your order number and any information provided in the confirmation. Inspect the correct item and condition before completing any purchase. Payment arrangements will be communicated by the store.
Changing your request
Contact easytutorguide@gmail.com with your order number to request a change or cancellation before confirmation. Requests can be withdrawn before the store agrees to them.

Pickup only; shipping is not offered through this website. Submitted pickup requests do not reserve stock and are not confirmed purchases.
